Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an exercise ball stand to create one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do. Using the exercise ball and the floor as your drum, and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you won’t want to stop.
Monday nights at 6:00 PM.

Kickstart
Build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. The class incorporates weights, medicine balls, stretching and cardio exercise.

Silver Sneakers
Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. The SilverSneakers workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 10:30 AM.

Yoga
Yoga with Jan Chaney
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, these classes will teach you the basic yoga poses. Yoga Blend is intended to be more challenging while Gentle Yoga aims to be more of a beginner class.

Karate and Self Defense
Tang Soo Do style of martial arts. Teaches focus, discipline and respect. Improves basic movement and balance. Classes for ages 7 to 70.

Clogging
Clogging is a type of folk dance in which the dancer’s footwear is used percussively by striking the heel, the toe, or both against a floor or each other to create audible rhythms. It’s a great way to stay fit, learn something new and have fun all at the same time.
Wednesdays, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
